Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect as little as possible. Depending on how you use the site, we may receive:

• Contact details you choose to send us: your name, your WhatsApp or text number, and the message you write. The contact form on this site does not store anything on our servers. It only prepares a WhatsApp message that you send from your own WhatsApp account when you press the button.
• Conversation content: what you tell us over WhatsApp, SMS or email once you reach out, including details about your business and its technology.
• Language preference: the site remembers whether you chose English or Spanish. This is stored only in your browser (local storage), not sent to us.
• Technical log data: our hosting provider, Google Firebase Hosting, automatically records standard server logs such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and timestamps. We do not use this data to identify you.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, passwords or other sensitive personal information through the website or over chat.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to reply to your inquiry, prepare estimates, deliver and support the services you request, keep records of our work together, and keep the website secure and working. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools. The only thing stored in your browser is your language preference.

If we add an analytics service in the future (for example Google Analytics), we will update this policy to describe it, including any cookies it sets and how to opt out. Such a service could collect information about your activity across websites over time. Because we do not track visitors, this site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals; there is nothing to turn off.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp): when you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is carried by WhatsApp under the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted in transit.
• Google (Firebase Hosting, Google Workspace): hosts this website and our email.
• Your mobile carrier, when you text us by SMS.
• Professional advisers or authorities, if the law requires it or to protect our rights, safety or property.

Some of these providers are located outside your state or country and may process data under their own privacy policies.

5. Where we work from

dodaitech is a Texas company. Part of our team works remotely from Mexico and may access inquiry and project information from there. We apply the same protections regardless of where our team is located.

6. Text messages and WhatsApp

When you text us or message us on WhatsApp, you are starting the conversation, and we reply to you on the same channel. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can stop at any time by replying STOP, or by asking us to stop, and we will not message you again except to confirm your request.

We do not send marketing text messages or WhatsApp broadcasts without your separate, express written consent, and consent is never a condition of buying anything from us.

7. Data retention and security

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it unreadable.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including device encryption, two-factor authentication on our accounts, and limited access on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your sensitive personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

8. Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Deleting your information may mean we can no longer provide services to you. You can also delete the WhatsApp conversation from your own device, and clear your browser storage to remove the language preference.

9. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Client systems and client customers

When we build or maintain systems for a client, such as a chatbot, booking flow or network, the client is the owner of that system and of the data flowing through it. We process that data only on the client's documented instructions, to provide the service, and never for our own purposes. Depending on the project, those systems may rely on providers such as Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), Google, OpenAI or Anthropic, some located in the United States.

If you are a customer of one of our clients and want to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, contact that business directly. If you contact us instead, we will forward your request to them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will make that clear at the top of the policy.

12. Language

This policy is published in English and Spanish. The Spanish version is provided for convenience. If there is a conflict, the English version controls.
